Longevity by Design

For people who are already well and intend to stay that way.

The maintenance tier. Genetics-first, tracked by pace of aging, delivered by video over a full year.

Who it is for

Longevity by Design is for the person whose symptom score is already low — who feels fine, whose labs read "normal," and who has noticed that "normal" is a population average, not a personal best. The question at this rung is not what is wrong. It is how fast you are aging, what in your biology is driving that pace, and what you can do about it in the next twelve months.

If you are carrying meaningful symptom burden, this is not your starting point. The Discovery Session and your exam will route you to the rung that fits; you can ascend to Longevity when the measurements say so.

What the year looks like

  • Blueprint Review. Your genetic report, epigenetic results, and symptom data are read together in one extended session, and your first two priorities are set.
  • Biological Age Review. A dedicated session on your biological age and pace of aging — what the numbers mean, and what will move them.
  • Recalibration calls across the year, timed to when the data changes rather than to the calendar.
  • A 52-week implementation program. One change per week, sequenced by your priorities, delivered to your inbox.
  • Portal messaging for questions about your plan, with a reply window set by your program tier.
  • Testing included. Genotype and epigenetic testing are part of the program. The tests are inputs; the interpretation is the product.

What is not included — stated plainly

  • Supplements. Where recommended, they are purchased separately through an online dispensary.
  • Prescriptions of any kind.
  • Primary care, diagnosis, or treatment of disease.
  • Wearable-device integration (planned as a separate add-on).

How you get here. Longevity by Design is entered through the same door as every program: a free Discovery Session, your Health & Lifestyle Assessment and symptom questionnaire, and an Initial Health & Lifestyle Consultation. There is no application, and nothing is purchased on this page.

Why pace of aging, not symptoms

At the earlier rungs the symptom score is the scoreboard: it falls as you get better. At Longevity it has already reached the floor, and a number that no longer moves cannot tell you whether a plan is working. Pace of aging can. It responds to sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress on a timescale of months, which makes it the right metric for a year-long program — and it is introduced before the symptom score goes quiet, so the second measure is familiar before the first one stops talking.
