Practice history

Dr. Bekkum began practicing in December 1992. He owned a chiropractic practice in Sparta, Wisconsin, from 1994 to 2007, and All Seasons Integrative Health from 2011 to 2025, before founding Integrix Health, LLC, in 2025. Today he delivers in-clinic Relief and Rehabilitation care in Moorhead, Minnesota, and Vitality and Longevity care by video.

Clinical philosophy

The framework is simple to state and hard to practice: the body's biochemistry, biomechanics, and nervous system are one system, and a plan that reads only one of them is a guess. That means genetics, labs, movement, and symptom burden are read together, in one place, by one clinician — and it means the first interventions are food, movement, sleep, and stress before anything comes out of a bottle.
