For the first half of my career, I got people out of pain. It worked, but it was not enough. The same people came back with the same problems. The real cause was never part of the plan. I learned that genes, labs, and daily habits have to be read together. Without that, the plan is a guess. That is how I work now.

What is Precision Healthspan Healthcare?
It is care that helps you feel well for more of your life. We look at your genes, your biological age, and your symptoms together. Then we build a plan with no prescription drugs.
How does Integrix Health measure biological age?
We use the TruAge test. It looks at marks on your DNA to show how old your body acts. It also shows your pace of aging: how fast you are aging right now.
What three things does the Integrix Method measure?
1) Your genes, with 3X4 Genetics. 2) Your pace of aging, with TruAge. 3) Your symptoms, with a symptom score across 15 body systems.
Can I see Dr. Bekkum by video or in person?
Both. Come to the clinic in Moorhead, Minnesota for hands-on care. Or meet by secure video from home.
Why isn't a "normal" lab result good enough?
Normal lab ranges are averages. They are made to catch disease. They are not made to show if you are at your best. We use tighter ranges to help you feel your best.

Do you take insurance?
Programs are self-pay. They are not billed to insurance. We give you a receipt, and you can send it to your plan if you like. Your plan decides what it covers.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Ask your plan first. Your plan decides which services count. We give you a receipt for every payment.
Is a video visit as good as coming in?
For talks, lab reviews, and follow-ups, yes. Hands-on care happens at the Moorhead clinic, 22 6th St N, inside Downtown Health & Wellness. That includes adjustments, 3D movement scans, and custom orthotics. Video care is for people in Minnesota and North Dakota. People in other states can get health coaching and consulting.
What happens at the $297 consult?
First, you fill out your forms and a symptom score online. Then you meet with Dr. Bekkum for 60 minutes. He goes over your history, symptoms, and any labs you have. He tells you what is most likely behind your symptoms. Then he tells you which program fits you best.
How long until I feel a difference?
Everyone is different, and results are not promised. Most plans add one small change each week. We check your progress along the way so you can see what is working.
