Paul Bekkum is a Doctor of Chiropractic licensed to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota. In his virtual practice serving clients outside of Minnesota and North Dakota, Dr. Bekkum acts solely as a Functional Health Coach and Consultant, not as a licensed healthcare provider, primary care physician, or treating chiropractor. Virtual consulting sessions, lifestyle recommendations, and functional biomarker educational reviews are designed exclusively to help clients optimize their health, metabolic vitality, and longevity. These services do not constitute the practice of medicine, chiropractic care, or any other regulated healthcare profession in your jurisdiction, and they do not establish a doctor-patient relationship.

Primary medical care

Work with Integrix Health is limited to functional health coaching, educational consulting, and lifestyle optimization. Clients are asked to confirm, before their first appointment, that they maintain an established relationship with a licensed primary care physician or medical doctor for medical diagnoses, prescription management, emergency care, and standard health screenings, and to consult that physician before modifying or discontinuing any prescribed medication or clinical therapy.

Measurements and supplements

Biological age and pace-of-aging results are research-grade estimates used to track change over time; they are not diagnostic tests. Supplement and nutrition suggestions have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
