Step 1: Your free Discovery Session

This is a short, free call. Dr. Bekkum will ask what is going on and what you want to change. You can ask him anything. Together you decide if this care is a good fit. Nothing is sold on the call.

How to get ready

• Watch your email. Your booking email has the time and the video link.
• Find a quiet spot where you can talk for 30 minutes.
• Write down your top 3 health concerns.
• Have any recent lab results handy, if you have them.
• Took the Vitality Quiz? Keep your score close.

Step 2: The $297 consult

If it’s a fit, the next step is a 60-minute visit. Before it, you fill out a health form and a symptom score online. In the visit, Dr. Bekkum goes over your history, your symptoms, and any labs you have. He explains what is most likely behind how you feel.

Step 3: Your program

At the end of the consult, Dr. Bekkum tells you which program fits you best:

• Vitality by Design™, $2,400. 90 days, to help you feel well again. Labs and supplements are extra.
• Longevity by Design, $13,000 for the year, or 12 payments of $1,180. One year, to help you stay well. It includes 3X4 Genetics testing; TruAge testing at the start, at 6 months, and at one year; TruHealth testing at the start and at one year; and 4 visits, one every 3 months. Founding members get the first year for $6,900, paid in full, or $1,725 up front and then 11 payments of $527. There are only 12 founding seats, and enrollment closes Nov 13.
