The Integrix Health patient portal on Practice Better is designed to keep you fully informed and in control of your health journey. When lab results arrive — whether from DUTCH hormone panels, GI-MAP stool analysis, functional blood chemistry, or 3x4 Genetic Blueprint testing — they are uploaded directly to your portal account with Dr. Bekkum's interpretation and recommendations. You never have to wait for a phone call or follow-up appointment just to get a number.
Through the portal, you can also access your complete care protocol and corrective exercise programming, message Dr. Bekkum directly with questions between appointments, review session notes from previous consultations, complete intake forms and health tracking questionnaires, and schedule or reschedule appointments without calling the office. Telehealth video visits for functional medicine consultations are also conducted through the Practice Better platform. For new patients who have not yet created a portal account, start with a complimentary Discovery Session.

New Patients
New patients begin with a complimentary Discovery Session, during which your Practice Better portal account is created and your intake forms are sent. Once your account is active, you will have immediate access to all portal features — including secure messaging and appointment scheduling — from any device.
Existing Patients
Existing Integrix Health patients can log in to the portal at integrixhealth.practicebetter.io at any time to access lab results, review treatment plans, send messages to Dr. Bekkum, or schedule upcoming appointments. The portal is accessible via web browser or the Practice Better mobile app.
Telehealth Visits
Functional medicine consultations, lab review sessions, and follow-up appointments can all be conducted via telehealth video through the Practice Better platform. This is especially convenient for patients outside the immediate Moorhead MN and Fargo ND area who are working with Dr. Bekkum on functional medicine care plans.
