Your prescribed supplements are dispensed through Fullscript — a professional-grade, third-party verified supplement platform. Follow the three steps below to activate your account, access your protocol, and place your first order.

Most patients are ordering within 5 minutes of receiving their invitation email.

Check your email for your invitation

After Dr. Bekkum adds you to your protocol, you'll receive an email from [email protected] with the subject line "You have been invited to Fullscript." Click the green Activate Account button inside the email to begin.

Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder. You can also go directly to us.fullscript.com/welcome/integrix to create your account — or contact us and we'll resend your invitation.

Tip: Add [email protected] to your contacts so you don't miss future prescription notifications or refill reminders.

Create your account & set a password

The activation link takes you to a short registration form. Enter your name, confirm your email, and choose a secure password. Your email address is already pre-filled — just create a password and you're in.

Fullscript accounts are protected with HTTPS encryption. Your health and payment data are never shared with third parties.

View your prescription & place your order

Once inside, you'll see a Prescription tab containing the exact supplements Dr. Bekkum has selected for your protocol — with dosing instructions and the reasoning behind each recommendation.

Click "Add to Cart" to add your prescribed items, then proceed through a standard checkout. Orders ship directly from the dispensary, typically within 1–3 business days.

How do I get my Fullscript invitation?

Dr. Bekkum sends the invitation after your initial consultation or when your protocol is finalized. It comes from [email protected] with the subject "You have been invited to Fullscript." If you haven't received it within 24 hours of your visit, check your spam folder or contact the office.

Is Fullscript safe? Who verifies the supplements?

Fullscript only stocks professional-grade brands that meet third-party testing standards (NSF, USP, or equivalent). This is a meaningfully higher bar than most over-the-counter supplements. Every product is stored in climate-controlled facilities and ships directly — no middleman.

Will I pay less than at a regular store?

In most cases, yes. Integrix Health patients receive a practitioner discount through Fullscript — typically 10–25% off retail. You also avoid the markup at health food stores and the quality uncertainty of Amazon.

Can I order supplements not on my prescription?

Dr. Bekkum may enable the full catalog for your account, or keep it prescription-only depending on your protocol. If you'd like to add something you saw elsewhere, message the office and Dr. Bekkum can add it to your dispensary.

How do I set up auto-refill?

On any product page in your Fullscript account, select "Subscribe & Save" to set your preferred refill interval (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You can skip a shipment, pause, or cancel at any time from the Subscriptions tab — no phone call required.

I already have a Fullscript account from another provider. Will this conflict?

No — you can have multiple practitioners connected to the same Fullscript account. Use the same email address you used previously, and both practitioners' prescriptions will appear in a single account. Each practitioner's protocol is kept separate.

What's the return policy?

Fullscript accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products. Contact Fullscript support directly at help.fullscript.com. If a product disagrees with you clinically, contact Dr. Bekkum's office — protocol adjustments are part of your care.
